Age Progression: Aging
 


Age progressions that project facial aging, called adult age progressions or fugitive updates, help provide a more current, “up-to-date” facial image in cases of high profile criminals or missing persons sought by law enforcement for many years. They may be hand drawn or computer-generated and must be done by an artist with knowledge of the anatomical fundamentals of facial aging. Karen’s renowned skill with fugitive cases has been sought by the U.S. Marshal’s Service and for numerous cases on FOX television’s America’s Most Wanted.

In a case publicized world wide, Karen’s fugitive update helped locate and capture Cuban political assassin, Virgilio Paz Romero, the murderer of Chilean ambassador Orlando Letelier. After 15 years at large, Paz was apprehended while wearing a red shirt, a detail Karen had actually predicted!
